ORDINANCE NO. _____ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING SUBDIVISION 2 OF SECTION 73B.02 OF THE ROCHESTER CODE OF ORDINANCES, RELATING TO A SIDEWALK CAFÉ PERMIT AND ITEMS INSTALLED WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Subdivision 2 of Section 73B.02 of the Rochester Code of Ordinances is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: Subd. 2. The permit does not authorize any structure to be permanently installed or any equipment to be permanently attached to, in, or upon any public right-of-way. Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective as of the date of its publication.
