AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ENACTING SECTION
19B.100 OF THE ROCHESTER CODE OF ORDINANCES,
RELATING TO ROCHESTER INVENTORY OF
DESIGNATED LANDMARK DISTRICTS, LANDMARK
PROPERTIES, AND POTENTIAL LANDMARK
PROPERTIES.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER DO ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 19B.100 of the Rochester Code of Ordinances is hereby
created and enacted to read as follows:
19B.100. Inventory of Designated Property. Subdivision 1. Pursuant
to section 19B.07, the Council does hereby establish this Inventory of
Designated Property.
Subd. 2. Landmark Districts.
Subd. 3. Landmark Properties.
A. Those properties listed on the National Register of
Historic Places.
Subd. 4 Potential Landmark Properties.
A. Those properties appearing on Attachment 1.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective from and after publication.
