RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute an Armory Building Asbestos Abatement Cost Share Agreement with Castle
Community, LLC, for asbestos abatement in the Armory Building.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City.
