RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute an agreement with ICON Constructors, LLC, for Bridge #55514 East Pier Repairs.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City.
