RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute an agreement with Parkmobile of Atlanta, Georgia, for “Pay by Phone” services for
parking payment for a period of three years through April 30, 2021, with options for two additional
years.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City.
