RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute an amendment to the Duncan Solutions contract for its hosted/wireless parking
system so as to extend the contract through January 31, 2023.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this amendment on behalf of the City.
