RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
the First Supplemental Amendment to Development Agreement A-1373596 with Alpha Realty of
Rochester, LLC, for part of the Alpha Property.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this amendment on
behalf of the City.
