RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute the City-Independent School District #535 Agreement for replacement of the Hoover
Elementary Traffic Signal.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City.
