RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute a Commercial-Industrial Exclusive Listing Agreement for the 3800 Building Property
with Paramark Real Estate Services.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City.
