RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute the Intergovernmental Agreement for Engineering Services and Construction of
Traffic Signals at CSAH 22 (West Circle Drive) and 3rd Street NW.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the City.
