RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a professional services agreement with WHKS & Co., in the amount of $192,510.00, for Sanitary
Sewer Wastewater Master Plan Phase 1, J-4340.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
