HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 171-18 Rochester Marketplace First Addition Final Plat RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Target Corporation, owner, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on May 7, 2018, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Lot 7, Block 1, ROCHESTER MARKETPLACE, according to the plat thereof, and situate in Olmsted County, Minnesota. TO BE KNOWN AS ROCHESTER MARKETPLACE FIRST ADDITION, submitted by Target Corporation, owner, is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted subject to the following two conditions: 1. Prior to recording the final plat, an official E911 Address will be required for this property. 2. Prior to recording the final plat, an electric utility easement centered upon and around existing and planned electric facilities shall be either included in the plat or recorded by a separate recorded easement.
