RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City accept
th
from Olmsted County the transfer of CSAH 22 (37 Street NE/NW) and approve the addition of the
2.24 mile segment to the City’s Municipal State Aid System.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute any documents required to implement
this resolution.
