RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City authorize:
(1) A resolution approving a joint powers agreement between the City and the State;
(2) A joint powers agreement between the City and the State; and
(3) Court Data Services Subscriber Amendment to CJDN Subscriber Agreement.
The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to sign the necessary documents.
