RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City Execute
Change Order #2 with Neo Electric for the Cat II Instrument Landing System Project. The change
order amount is $11,088.79 for a new contract amount of $1,537,798.58.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the change order and
the grant amendment on behalf of the City.
