HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 261-15 - Approving Continental 326 Fund Final Plat 6.1.15 F1RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Continental 326 Fund LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Corporation has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on June 1, 2015, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Parcel 1: Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), Section Thirteen (13), Town One Hundred Six (106), Range Fourteen (14), Olmsted County, Minnesota. LESS That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 106 North, Range 14 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence northerly on an assumed azimuth from north of 358033'30" along the west line of said Southwest Quarter 1014.69 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of 28th Street S.E.; thence easterly 89028'46" azimuth 66.01 feet; thence southerly 178033'30" azimuth 472.56 feet; thence southeasterly 146031'10" azimuth 188.50 feet; thence southerly 178033'30" azimuth 319.32 feet; thence easterly 88055'12" azimuth 100.00 feet; thence southerly 178033'30" azimuth 63.00 feet to the south line of said Southwest Quarter; thence westerly 268055'12" azimuth along said south line 266.00 feet to the point of beginning.
