Containing in all, 33.95 acres, more or less. TO BE KNOWN AS ALPHA SUBDIVISION, submitted by Alpha Realty of Rochester, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Corporation, owner and mortgagor, and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted.
