BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a
revised City -Owner Contract with PAKS Properties IV, LLC (Owner), S. L. Contracting, Inc.,
(Contractor), and Short, Elliot Hendrickson, Inc., (Project Engineer) for Project J5409, "Public
Improvements to Serve Cassidy Ridge Subdivision."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2015.
