BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a
revised City -Owner Contract with Think Mutual Bank (Owner), Fraser Construction Co.,
(Contractor), and WSB & Associates, Inc., (Project Engineer) for Project J5415, "Watermain &
Hydrant Relocation to Serve Think Mutual Bank (Green Meadows)."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2015.
