BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a
revised City -Owner Contract with Continental 326 Fund LLC (Owner), S.L. Contracting, Inc.,
(Contractor), and WSB & Associates, Inc., (Project Engineer) for Project J5412, "Public
Improvements to Serve Springs at South Broadway."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2015.
