HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 331-18 - LearningCenterSecond.FinalPlat1814 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Lourdes High School of Rochester Inc., owner, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on September 17, 2018, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Lot 1, Block 2, LEARNING CENTER SUBDIVISION, Olmsted County, Minnesota. Containing 23.48 acres, more or less. TO BE KNOWN AS LEARNING CENTER SECOND SUBDIVISION, submitted by Lourdes High School of Rochester Inc., owner, is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted subject to the following 3 conditions: 1. An updated Final Plat is required to identify the following: a. City of Rochester owned land adjacent to the east property line. 2. The boulevard tree obligation shall be met prior to recording the Final Plat. 3. A Development Agreement and First Supplemental Amendment Agreement have been executed for this property and individual lot development is subject to the terms of the Agreements.
