RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City
certify with the Olmsted County Auditor the collection of the obligations contained on the
attachment (46841902 Assessment Roll) with the collection of taxes over 5 years at 5% interest
commencing from the date of Council approval, and the first payment being due with taxes paid in
2019
