RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City grant a
revocable permit with Nathan & Jennifer Hull to allow the placement of a fence within a 10-foot
public utility easement located adjacent and parallel to the most northwesterly lot line of Owner's
property described as Lot 6, Block 1, Estates at Windamere Woods Subdivision, subject to the
terms of the Revocable Permit Agreement and Attachments.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the Revocable Permit,
on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
