HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 338-18 - PAKSProperties,IV,LLC.SupplementalAmendmentToAssessmentAgreement RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a Supplemental Amendment to Assessment Agreement with PAKS Properties IV, LLC, associated with obligations for City Project J7305, for real property consisting of 50 residential lots described as: Lots 2 - 7 and Lots 9 - 12, Block 1, AND Lots 2 - 12, Block 2, Cassidy Ridge Second, Olmsted County, Minnesota; AND Lots 1 - 14, Block 1, Lot 1, Block 2, Lot 1, Block 3, and Lots 1 - 4, Block 4, and Lots 1 - 4 and Lots 6 - 10, Block 5, Cassidy Ridge Third, Olmsted County, Minnesota. The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the Supplemental Amendment to Assessment Agreement, on behalf of the City.
