RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City reject all
bids for J4869 Gamehaven Wetland Bank Project that were received on September 24, 2018.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the agreement on
behalf of the City.
