HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 379-18 - HarvestviewPlace.FinalPlat.R2018-019PLAT RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Joel Bigelow and Sons Enterprise Inc., owner, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on November 19, 2018, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, HARVESTVIEW SIXTH, Olmsted County Minnesota. Containing 1.25 acres, more or less. TO BE KNOWN AS HARVESTVIEW PLACE, submitted by Joel Bigelow and Sons Enterprise Inc., owner, is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted subject to the following 4 conditions: 1. Prior to recording the Final Plat, a revised plat document is required which identifies: a. the correct length of the existing north property line (Lot 1, Block 1, Harvestview Sixth). b. A 30-foot wide drainage and utility easement along the south property line. 2. An Amended General Development Plan identifying the location of the proposed future parkland (as identified in the Parks Department referral comment) must be approved prior to recording the Final Plat. 3. Parkland dedication must be met prior to recording the Final Plat. 4. The street tree obligation must be met prior to recording the Final Plat.
