RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City does
hereby approve the action taken by the Rochester Economic Development Authority on December
17, 2018, reauthorizing the Development Assistant Agreement with Civic Center Hotel JV, LLC. to
extend the deadline for the commencement of construction.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute any documents required in order to
implement this resolution.
