RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the
Comprehensive Traffic & Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the Common
Council, be amended in the following respects:
1. Add paragraph (9) to Section L, “Residential Permit Parking,” Zone 10, (West
Zumbro Addition) so as to read:

(9) Second Street N.W., from 19 Avenue N.W., to the Western terminus of the
street, on both sides, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
