The following is a summary of the Ordinance amending various sections relating to R2X Zoning as adopted by the Rochester Common Council on April 15, 2019, and is published pursuant to Section 6.07 of the Rochester Home Rule Charter and Section 331A.01, subd. 10 of the Minnesota Statutes. The Rochester Common Council approved the publication of this ordinance summary at its April 15, 2019, meeting. A copy of this ordinance is on file at the Office of the City Clerk, 201 Fourth Street S.E., Room 135, Rochester, MN, and at the Rochester Public Library, 101 Second Street S.E., Rochester, MN. This ordinance is to establish a new residential zoning district to encourage infill and redevelopment of strategic areas.
