RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the Comprehensive
Traffic & Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the Common Council, be
amended in the following respects:
I. Add paragraph (204.5) to Section B, “No Parking Zones” to read:
(204.5) Fourteenth Street N.W., on the south side, from 100 feet east of
Valleyhigh Drive N.W. to 750 feet west of Valleyhigh Drive N.W.
II. Amend paragraph (204) of Section B, “No Parking Zones” to read:
(204) Fourteenth Street N.W., on both sides the north side, from 100 feet east
of Valleyhigh Drive N.W., west to the railroad tracks to 550 feet west of
Valleyhigh Drive N.W., and from 725 feet west of Valleyhigh Drive N.W.
to the end of the cul-de-sac at all times.
III. Delete paragraph (205) of Section B, “No Parking Zones”
(205) Fourteenth Street N.W., on both sides, from Nineteenth Avenue N.W.,
west to the City Limits, at all times.
