RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, ML Group II LLC, owner, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of
Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed
upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on June 3, 2019, and
continued to the June 17, 2019 Common Council Meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on June 17, 2019, the
following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated
as follows:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 106 North, Range 14 West,
Olmsted County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said
Section 5; thence South 01 degree 09 minutes 15 seconds East, assumed
bearing, along the east line of said Northeast Quarter, 742.01 feet for the
point of beginning; thence South 88 degrees 50 minutes 45 seconds West,
250.00 feet to a line which is 250.00 feet westerly of, as measured at right
angles to and parallel with, the east line of said Northeast Quarter; thence
South 01 degree 09 minutes 15 seconds East, along said parallel line,
878.52 feet to the north line of MEADOW LAKES TOWNHOMES, according
to the recorded plat thereof; thence North 88 degrees 50 minutes 45
seconds East, along said north line, 250.00 feet to the east line of said
Northeast Quarter; thence North 01 degree 09 minutes 15 seconds West,
along said east line, 878.52 feet to the point of beginning.
AND
That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 106 North, Range 14 West,
Olmsted County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said
Section 4; thence South 01 degree 09 minutes 15 seconds East, assumed
bearing, along the west line of said Northwest Quarter, 742.01 feet for the
point of beginning; thence North 88 degrees 50 minutes 45 seconds East,
275.66 feet; thence North 13 degrees 42 minutes 18 seconds East, 160.98
feet; thence South 76 degrees 17 minutes 42 seconds East, 295.90 feet to
the centerline of West Circle Drive SW (the next 2 courses are along said
centerline); thence South 13 degrees 42 minutes 18 seconds West, 808.19
feet; thence southerly 180.66 feet along a tangential curve, concave
easterly, central angle of 07 degrees 13 minutes 55 seconds, radius of
1432.39 feet and a chord which bears South 10 degrees 05 minutes 30
seconds West, 180.66 feet to the north line of MEADOW LAKES VILLAS,
according to the recorded plat thereof; thence South 88 degrees 50 minutes
45 seconds West, along said north line, 360.48 feet to the west line of said
Northwest Quarter; thence North 01 degree 09 minutes 15 seconds West,
along said west line, 878.52 feet to the point of beginning.

That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 106 North, Range 14 West,
Olmsted County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said
Section 5; thence South 01 degree 09 minutes 15 seconds East, assumed
bearing, along the east line of said Northeast Quarter, 742.01 feet; thence
South 88 degrees 50 minutes 45 seconds West, 250.00 feet to a line which
is 250.00 feet westerly of, as measured at right angles to and parallel with,
the east line of said Northeast Quarter for the point of beginning; thence
South 65 degrees 02 minutes 25 seconds West, 353.85 feet; thence South
50 degrees 01 minute 48 seconds West, 318.64 feet; thence South 21
degrees 29 minutes 41 seconds West, 458.25 feet; thence South 69
degrees 45 minutes 14 seconds West, 939.51 feet to the most westerly
corner of Outlot C, MEADOW LAKES VILLAS SECOND, according to the
recorded plat thereof; thence South 75 degrees 42 minutes 47 seconds
East, along the north line of said Outlot C, 626.84 feet to the northerly line
of MEADOW LAKES VILLAS, according to the recorded plat thereof (the
next three courses are along said northerly line); thence North 71 degrees
27 minutes 00 seconds East, 654.68 feet; thence North 60 degrees 33
minutes 00 seconds East, 348.96 feet; thence North 88 degrees 50 minutes
45 seconds East, 100.11 feet to a line which is 250.00 feet westerly of, as
measured at right angles to and parallel with, the east line of said Northeast
Quarter; thence North 01 degree 09 minutes 15 seconds West, along said
parallel line, 878.52 feet to the point of beginning.
TO BE KNOWN AS VILLAGE AT MEADOW LAKES, submitted by ML Group II LLC,
owner, is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public
purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Prior to recordation of the final plat a development agreement with Olmsted
County Public Works or the City of Rochester Public Works, or acknowledgment
that previous agreements are in place, to address the transportation issues related
with the intersection of Berkshire Road SW and West Circle Drive shall be
approved.
2. Plat Shall be modified to add a legend item for Controlled Access as identified
along Berkshire Road SW.
