HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 139-19 - R2018-007PLAT RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Stonebrooke of Rochester, LLC, owner, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on July 8, 2019, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: All of Outlot B, STONEBROOKE THIRD ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof on file at the office of the County Recorder, Olmsted County, Minnesota. Containing 78.11 acres more or less. TO BE KNOWN AS STONEBROOK FOUTH ADDITION, submitted by Stonebrooke of Rochester, LLC., owner, is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted, subject to the following conditions: 1. Parkland dedication in the amount of 2.024 acres shall be made to the City Park and Recreation Department prior to recording the Final Plat. 2. The Boulevard Tree Green Facilities Agreement shall be recorded prior to Final Plat recording. 3. Charges/fees applicable to the development of this Property are/will be addressed in City-Owner Contract, and Development Agreement.
