RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City has reviewed and
acknowledges receipt of the biennial audit results of the Police Department’s body worn camera
system in compliance with Minnesota Statute 13.825.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to sign this resolution on behalf of the City.
