RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the
Comprehensive Traffic and Parking Resolution Book, previously adopted and amended by
the Common Council, be amended in the following respects:
1. Delete Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 19:
West Center St, on the north side, from 7th Ave to 9th Ave & 11th Ave to 12th Ave, from 7:00
PM Monday to 3:00 PM Tuesday. (7-5-2000)
2. Delete Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 19.5:
West Center St, on the south side, from 7th Ave to 9th Ave, and from 11th Ave to 12th Ave,
except from 3:00 PM Monday to 7:00 PM Tuesday. (7-5-2000)
3. Amend Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 27.6:

1st St NW, on the north side, from 7th Ave to 11th 9 Ave between 7:00 PM Monday and
3:00 PM Tuesday and on the south side, at all times except from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM,

4. Add Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 27.7:

6. Delete Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 34.1:
1st St SW, from 7th to 11th Ave, on the north side, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mondays, and
on the south side, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Tuesdays. (11-4-2013)
7. Delete Section B, “No Parking Zones,” Paragraph 35:
1st St SW, on the north side, from 13th Ave to 16th Ave, except that parking is allowed from
3:00 PM on Monday to 7:00 PM on Tuesday. (7-27-2015)
