HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 256-19 - Final Plat Approval CD2019-007PLAT UMAKATEAH by Cottage Grove LLC Resolution RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Cottage Grove, LLC, owner, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on December 2, 2019, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Lots 17, 18, and 19, Block 1, Flathers Addition City of Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota Containing in all, 0.49 acres, more or less. TO BE KNOWN AS UMAKATEAH, submitted by, Cottage Grove, LLC, owner, is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted, subject to the following conditions: 1. The 10’ utility easement vacation shall be recorded prior to recording the Final Plat. 2. The Final Plat shall be revised to show the following: a. Vacated 10’ utility easement along the western property line shall identify document number. 3. Charges/fees applicable to the development of this Property will be addressed in City-Owner Contract, and Development Agreement.
