BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the
Comprehensive Traffic & Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the Common
Council, be amended in the following respects:
I. Add paragraphs (18) and (19) to Section L, "Residential Permit Parking,"
Zone 5, (Cascade Manor) so as to read:
(18) Twelfth Avenue N.W., from Fourth Street N.W., to Fourth and
One -Half Street N.W., on both sides, from 8.00 a.m., to 4.00
p.m., Monday through Friday.
(19) Fourth Street N.W., from 12t" Avenue N.W., to where Fourth
Street N.W., changes to 13t" Avenue N.W., and 13t" Avenue
N.W., from where 13t" Avenue N.W., changes to Fourth Street
N.W., to Fourth and One -Half Street N.W., on both sides, from
8.00 a.m., to 4.00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
