RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the
recommended actions be approved on the following licenses and permits, subject to
submission of all required information and full approvals by referral departments.
CONTRACTORS/TRADES LICENSES
SEWER AND DRAIN LICENSE
Recommended Action: Approve granting the following Sewer and Drain Licenses, subject to all
terms and conditions of Rochester Code of Ordinances Chapter 12-2, for a period expiring Dec.
31, 2020.

MASSAGE THERAPIST
Recommended Action: Approve the following application for a massage therapist license,
subject to all terms and conditions of Rochester Code of Ordinances Chapter 5-15, for a period
expiring Dec. 31, 2021.

Ariana Stueve (B00178): 1 year probationary license per Council approval Aug 31,2020, with
second year to occur should Ms. Stueve remain in compliance.
Clerk’s Note: This approval was part of item G.2 on this corresponding agenda.

Recommended Action: Approve granting the following applications for Chicken Permits, subject
