BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute a professional services agreement with American Engineering for additional work to
be performed as part of a limited site investigation prior to the removal of underground fuel storage
tanks at the Rochester International Airport. This agreement will be on a lump sum basis with a
total fee of $2,901.40. (State #5501-219; Local #6984.)
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the professional services
agreement with American Engineering on behalf of the City.
