BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a
revised City -Owner Contract with Rochester Apartment, LLLP (Owner), Fraser Construction
Company (Contractor), and Widseth Smith Nolting & Associates, Inc., (Project Engineer) for
Project J5408, "Watermain & Hydrant to Serve Outlot `A', Rochester Towne Club."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2015.
