BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a
Supplemental Agreement #3 in the amount of $3,547.50 with Elcor Construction for Project No.
M4-17, J7727, "Construct Badger Hills Drive NW from West Circle Drive to 50t" Avenue N.W."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this supplemental
agreement on behalf of the City.
