AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ENACTING CHAPTER 64X,
AND AMENDING AND REENACTING SECTION 60.327 OF THE
ROCHESTER CODE OF ORDINANCES, RELATING TO THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CHATEAU CIRCLE SPECIAL
DISTRICT.
The following is a summary of the Chateau Circle Special District ordinance as adopted by the
Rochester Common Council on August 3, 2015, and is published pursuant to Section 6.07 of the
Rochester Home Rule Charter and Section 331A.01, subd. 10 of the Minnesota Statutes. The
Rochester Common Council approved the publication of this ordinance summary at its August 3,
2015, meeting. A copy of this ordinance is on file at the Office of the City Clerk, 201 Fourth Street
S.E., Room 135, Rochester, MN, and at the Rochester Public Library, 101 Second Street S.E.,
Rochester, MN.
This ordinance establishes the Chateau Circle Special District overlay zoning district and
provides development standards, regulations and guidelines for that District.
