HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 307-20 - West 19 Commercial Second CD2020-024PLAT Final Plat RESOLUTION Approving Final Plat No. CD2020-024PLAT, by Brad Arndt, to be known as West 19 Commercial Second, located north of 19th Street NW, and west of Ashland Drive NW. WHEREAS, Brad Arndt, owner, has shown to the satisfaction of the Rochester City Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on November 23rd, 2020, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 1, WEST 19 COMMERCIAL, according to the plat thereof on file at the County Recorder’s office, Olmsted County, Minnesota. TO BE KNOWN AS “West 19 Commercial Second”, submitted by Brad Arndt, owner, is hereby approved, and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted, subject to the following conditions: 1. Execution of a City-Owner Contract, and dedication of any applicable public easements, is required prior to construction of any public infrastructure. 2. There are existing Supplemental Development Agreements #1 and #2 for this property, and development is subject to the terms of said Supplemental Agreements. 3. Individual lot development is subject to a Plant Investment Fee (PIF) that is calculated and collected as part of the Building Permit approval process.
