RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City authorize the
purchase of part of Lot 4, Block 3, Willow Creek Subdivision from the State of Minnesota for
$71,500.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute any and
all documents required in order to implement this resolution.
