RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for City Project J115
2020 HMA Overlay Street Rehabilitation, in accordance with the specifications on file.
Such proposals, which must be on a form of proposal prepared by the City will be received
by the City Clerk until March 17, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., at which time they will be publicly
opened in City Hall by the City Clerk and two designated City Officials. The proposals will
then be tabulated and presented for consideration by the Common Council at the next
appropriate meeting.
