HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 161-20 - 2020-2025 Capital Improvement Plan Amendments RESOLUTION Reallocation of Destination Medical Center 2020-2025 Capital Improvement Plan Funding. WHEREAS, On December 2, 2019, the Common Council approved the 2020-2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP); and th WHEREAS, On May 28, 2020, the DMCC Board of Directors recommended amendments to the CIP; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the 2020-2025 CIP is amended as follows: 1. Add for 2020 Public Infrastructure Projects to address COVID-19 in an amount not- to-exceed $250,000 by transferring $250,000 from the Development Plan Update. 2. Increase the amount for the Heart of the City Project by $1,622,325 to accommodate the Snow Melt System. st 3. Add for 2020 the 1 Street NW Sanitary Sewer Diversion Project, currently scheduled for 2021, be transferring funds allocated for the North Broadway reconstruction in the amount of $1,479,000. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that funding for the North Broadway reconstruction project should be prioritized in the 2022 CIP. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that expenditures for the Public Infrastructure Projects to address COVID-19 shall be spent consistent with current CIP practices.
