HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 4425 : Second Reading - Ordinance rezoning 0.49 acres from PUD to B-1 Zoning District ORDINANCE NO. ______ AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 0.49 ACRES OF LAND FROM THE PUD ZONING DISTRICT TO THE B-1 ZONING DISTRICT, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2785, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND LAND DEVELOPMENT MANUAL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER DO ORDAIN: Section 1. Upon public hearing duly noticed and held, Ordinance No. 2785 as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance and Land Development Manual of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, is hereby further amended as follows: The Zoning Map of the City of Rochester as adopted by said Ordinance No. 2785 establishing the various zoning districts and boundaries thereof is amended by rezoning the following described lands to the district indicated: B - 1 That part of Tract A described below as: Tract A. Lot 1 , Block 1, TSP REPLAT, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Olmsted County, Minnesota; which lies southerly of Line 1 described below: Line 1. Beginning at Right of Way Boundary Corner B12 as shown on Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat No. 55-49, as the same is on file and of record in the office of said County Recorder; thence westerly on an azimuth of 270 degrees 07 minutes 02 seconds along the boundary of said plat for 84.58 feet to Right of Way Boundary Corner B13 and there terminating; containing 16,659 square feet, more of less. And All of Tract A described below as: Tract A. That part of Lot 1, Block 1, TSP REPLAT, shown as parcel 60 on Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat No. 55-49 as the same is on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Olmsted County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the following line: Commencing at Right of Way Boundary Corner B11 as shown on said Plat No. 55-49; thence southerly on an azimuth of 180 degrees 06 minutes 57 seconds along the boundary of said plat for 130.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence on an azimuth of 270 degrees 07 minutes 02 seconds for 83.13 feet, more or less, to the west line of said Lot 1 and there terminating; Containing 4,612 square feet, more or less. Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective upon the date of its publication.
