According to the Bush Foundation website, "Nathan Caleb Johnson
sees a deep need for people of color to have a more equitable role
in creating buildings and spaces in their communities. He wants
design and construction processes to change to be more inclusive
and to have greater economic impact for communities of color."
Johnson is a partner in 4RM+ULA (pronounced “formula”), a
MNUCP certified minority (African American)-owned architecture
and design firm from Saint Paul, Minn. 4RM+ULA is providing
design, placement and layout for the downtown Rochester Bus
Rapid Transit (BRT) station platforms.
