BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City does
hereby approve a wine and 3.2 percent liquor license with a strong beer endorsement for
Early Bird Hospitality Group, LLC DBA Relish operating at 3100 19th Street NW, Rochester,
MN 55906.
