RESOLUTION
Approving Final Plat No. CD2021-027PLAT, by Essex Estates Properties LLC, for
the re-subdivision of 15 lots, Lots 19-32 & 34, Lot 3, Block 3 of Essex Estates
Fifth, to allow for a single-family attached housing, located just east of the
Londonderry Ln NW and Buckingham Dr NW intersection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on November 15, 2021, the following
plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Lots 19 through 32 and Lot 34, Block 3, ESSEX ESTATES FIFTH
SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof on file in the County Recorder's
office, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
Containing 4.77 acres, more or less.
TO BE KNOWN as “Essex Estates Sixth”, submitted by, Essex Estates Properties LLC,
Final Plat is hereby approved, and all dedications of land or interests in land for public
purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted, subject to the following conditions:
1. Prior to recording the Final Plat, the applicant’s boulevard tree obligation shall be
met.
2. Owner shall be responsible for all additional costs related to addition/relocation of
all new/existing facilities.
3. The applicant shall comply with the Rochester Fire Department Memo, dated
October 20, 2021.
