RESOLUTION
Approving Final Plat No. CD2021-028PLAT, To Be Known As Benaiah Addition by
Benaiah on Broadway LLC, Consisting of 0.36 Acres, to Combine Three Existing
Lots Located Directly Northeast of the Broadway Avenue North and 8th Street NE
Intersection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on November 15,
2021, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and
designated as follows:
All of lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 33, NORTHERN ADDITION, according to the plat thereof
on file at the County Recorder’s Office, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: The East 1/2 of Lot One (1), Block Thirty-three (33), of
Northern Addition, except the East Thirty-four (34) feet thereof, in the City of Rochester,
Olmsted County, Minnesota.
TO BE KNOWN as “Benaiah Addition”, submitted Benaiah on Broadway LLC, Applicant,
is hereby approved, and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes
as shown on said plat are hereby accepted, subject to the following conditions:
1. A revised Final Plat exhibit shall be submitted prior to Final Plat recording which
dedicates a 5 foot wide public utility easement along the east property line to the
satisfaction of Rochester Public Utilities – Operations Division.
2. Prior to Final Plat recording, the applicant shall submit and pay for the E911
Addressing form to the satisfaction of Olmsted County – GIS and Addressing.
